She is dedicated to providing supportive, safe, grounded, and holistic care to her clients. Sophie’s practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and she tailors each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual.
