Hello

I am Steph, a registered psychologist with a passion for supporting adults through the many challenges and transitions that life can bring.

I have a particular interest in perinatal mental health and the complex emotional landscape that can accompany pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. This season of life often brings profound transformation, and it is a privilege to hold space for individuals navigating it.

My Approach

My therapeutic style is warm, caring, and grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing on approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy to support each person’s unique journey. I wholeheartedly believe therapy is not about “fixing” you—it's about helping you grow into the person you want to become and supporting you to build the life that matters to you.
