Hello
I am Leah and I am passionate about creating a safe and respectful space where people feel genuinely heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
About Leah
Leah is a provisional psychologist who brings warmth, curiosity, and professionalism to her
work. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, Leah supports clients across
the lifespan navigating mental health concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, or
those simply seeking personal growth. Leah adapts her therapeutic approach to each individual,
drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based
frameworks to ensure care is both effective and deeply personal.
Leah is currently completing her Master of Psychological Practice (to be awarded October
2025), building on more than two decades of experience in the corporate and government
sectors. Her diverse background has given her a practical understanding of the complexities
people face in everyday life and an ability to connect across a broad range of experiences.
Committed to inclusive, collaborative, and client-centred care, Leah also welcomes clients
seeking psychological assessments.
