About Gray
Gray (they/them) is a queer, non-binary provisional psychologist currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology. Gray works with clients across the lifespan and has a particular interest in neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ populations, as well as an interest in working with trauma.
Before training as a psychologist, Gray has worked and volunteered as an addiction counsellor. Furthermore, Gray has a lived experience of mental health and uses this knowledge to help connect to their clients, particularly those with mood disorders.
Gray’s therapeutic style is relaxed, down-to-earth, and centres you as the expert in your own life. In Gray’s clinic room, clients are given space to share without fear of judgment. Strengths-focused and client-centred, Gray aims to not only alleviate symptoms of mental ill health, but also to elevate clients’ quality of life so that they can truly flourish.
